During a week, the students took photos of their lunches at the school canteen. Then they studied the composition of their food (vitamins, lipids, simple sugars, carbohydrates, proteins) and the calories contained in the different courses.

After that, they made some research to find out how much energy teenagers need to be healthy according to their physical activity. They compared their results of the study of their meals at the school canteen to their needs and realized if their eating habits were correct or not. They also made the parallel between their conclusions and the body mass index they studied a few weeks ago.
