Starting from the idea that warm, harmonious  sounds can bring us beneficial emotions, meant to improve our health and calm, making us immune to daily stress, we organized an activity which involved relaxation and finding our inner peace through music, along with the students of the XI B class and the three Portuguese students integrated in this class’ collective. Listening to the music’s relaxing rhythm, the students executed different physical exercises meant to relax the muscles and free them from any type of stress.
