AS3 Sports and addictive substances

First, the students read an article about a doping case  during the winter Olympics that occured two days before the beginning of the Erasmus session. The pupils were asked to try and understand why some  athletes felt the need to dope. They were shown a small documentary to help them  understand what doping is.

Then, each student had to do some research on the Internet to create a Powerpoint presentation explaining what doping is and the risks involved by taking addictive doping substances.

The pupils had but a vague notion of the nature and consequences of doping. Thanks to the activity, they now have a clear view of the matter. During their work process and research, they had to synthetize nformation ,

make choices,  justify them and explain in a simple way how doping is dangerous.
