AS3 Sports and addictive substances

At the beginning of the activity, the students brought into discussion some addictions that they have heard of and they were invited to watch a film based on this topic. The film generated a debate, giving students the possibility to express their opinions, being inspired by exemples from real life. The following step of the activity consisted in writing a message on a post-it, addressed to a victim of addictive substances. In order to end in a positive note, everybody wrote on a piece of paper what makes them happy, thus proving that people are responsible for their own happiness, the state of being happy depending on a healthy mind and lifestyle
