ACOY 6 Survey

The activity was preceded with a regular Biology lesson  which was  focused on functioning nervous system. Students were presented the most commonly appearing nervous diseases. We talked about stress, how motivating it can be and how destroying if not controlled. Generally, stress is an organism’s response to the environmental conditions, however, sometimes demands are higher than our possibilities. Thus, we decided to check how we deal with stress. The activity was performed on the group of 27 students who were asked to assess how stressful their life is. They had to determine which factors caused most of the stressful situations in their life. Asking them for methods of dealing with life demands and their efforts meet them. After answering the questions, the results were computed and compared across the class.
